Special arrangements Covid 19

These measures may change at any time in line with current events.

We are always keen to welcome you in the best possible conditions.
Exceptional circumstances require us to adapt our way of working for your safety and ours.
We will do our utmost to ensure that these constraints are the least disruptive to your tourist experience.
We thank you in advance for your understanding and full cooperation.

Special measures due to the health crisis : 
We have decided to reduce the Moulin's capacity by closing one room and by changing the family room (the Chambre Gauguin) from 4 to 2 people.
We will respect barrier gestures and social distancing during your stay.

Your arrival will be from 18:00 and you will be asked to vacate your accommodation no later than 10:00 on the day of your departure.

In common areas, switches, door handles, stair railings... will be disinfected several times a day.
Wearing a mask is recommended, indoors, in common areas.

In the rooms : 
Your room is a private space from the moment you arrive.
In order to preserve your privacy and particularly your health security in the current context, we never enter the rooms without your agreement.
We will accompany you to the entrance of your room. Your room key and the remote control of the gate, disinfected, will be in your room upon your arrival.
We have removed the welcome booklet present in each room and replaced it with a digital welcome booklet.

Of course, we attach great importance to the cleanliness and now to the disinfection of your room :
1) Provision of liquid soap and disposable tissues in all rooms.
2) In order to limit the surfaces of possible contamination, we have removed certain decorative objects, cushions and carpets, tourist information...
3) In addition to the usual cleaning, all surfaces and objects of use will be disinfected before your arrival.
4) You will always have a small courtesy tray. Each item (crockery, kettle) will be disinfected and/or put in the dishwasher. In case of non-use, the products at your disposal will be removed and changed between each occupation.
5) For the change of bathroom linen, we will ask you to leave it on the floor in the bathroom or in a bag provided for this purpose in front of your door, if you do not wish us to enter your room.

The breakfast
Breakfast will be taken in the dining room, respecting the rule of a distance of at least 1 m between each guest.
We undertake to prepare your breakfast in compliance with all the health rules in force.
Contrary to our habits, we will unfortunately not be able to stay with you for this moment of exchange that we love so much. Nevertheless, we will be in the neighbourhood and always available to answer your requests and converse at a distance.

The Swimming Pool Area and the Park
Distanciation is possible in all areas, both in the swimming pool area and in the park (1 hectare at your disposal with numerous relaxation areas).
Chlorine swimming pool ensuring total disinfection of the bathing water.
It will be obligatory to respect the usual hygiene rules (shower before swimming).
The deckchairs and garden furniture will be disinfected every day.
Summer kitchen: in addition to the kitchen accessories present, disposable crockery (ecological) will be provided for your meals.

At departure
We will ask you to open all the windows wide, put the towels on the floor in the bathroom and leave your room key on the door.
The remote control for the gate should be left at the reception desk when you leave.

Terms of payment and cancellation
Payment of the balance will be made in advance by cheque or bank transfer, or at the latest on arrival, in euros, cash, cheque or credit card.
By default the general cancellation conditions apply (see below) however we will accept last-minute modifications and cancellations of tourists if a new confinement or a restriction of movement has been decided by the government.
In the event that a guest presents symptoms during their tourist stay, they will be asked to consult a doctor promptly. If the client refuses or if the client voluntarily conceals symptoms, we have the right to refuse the service and to end the tourist's stay.
In the event of a shortened tourist stay, the price corresponding to the cost of the booked stay will be fully paid by the owners.
