Updates in March 2022
Due to the favourable development of the health situation, we are reducing our health protocol.
For our own safety and that of our guests, we are fully vaccinated and have a complete vaccination pass.
We are always keen to welcome you in the best conditions.
Since the beginning of 2020, we have adopted an operating mode for your safety and ours.
Your arrival will be from 6 pm and we will ask you to leave your accommodation at the latest at 10 am on the day of your departure.
In the common areas, the switches, door handles, staircase banisters... will be disinfected regularly.
In the rooms:
Your room is a private space from the moment you arrive and we never enter it without your agreement.
We have removed the welcome booklet from each room and replaced it with a digital welcome booklet.
We attach great importance to the cleanliness and disinfection of your room:
1) Provision of liquid soap and disposable tissues in all rooms
2) In addition to the usual cleaning, all surfaces and objects of use will be disinfected before your arrival.
Breakfast will be taken in the dining room, respecting the rule of distance between each guest.
We undertake to prepare your breakfast in compliance with all applicable health regulations.
The swimming pool area and the park
Distancing is possible in all areas, both in the swimming pool area and in the park (1 hectare at your disposal with numerous relaxation areas).
The swimming pool is chlorinated to ensure total disinfection of the bathing water.
It will be compulsory to respect the usual rules of hygiene (shower before swimming).
Summer kitchen: in addition to the kitchen accessories available, disposable (ecological) dishes will be available for your meals.
Please leave your room key on the door.
The remote control for the gate must be left at the reception desk when you leave.
Payment and cancellation conditions
The balance must be paid in advance by cheque or bank transfer, or at the latest on arrival, in euros, in cash, cheque or by credit card.
By default, the general cancellation conditions apply. However, we will accept last minute changes and cancellations if a new lockdown or traffic restriction is imposed by the government.
In the event that a guest develops symptoms during their stay, they will be asked to seek prompt medical attention. If the guest refuses, or if the guest deliberately hides symptoms, we have the right to refuse service and terminate the guest's stay.
In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of the stay booked will be retained in full by the owners.
These provisions may change according to current events and new government measures.
