The Gîte of the Moulin du Boisset
For a short stay or for longer holidays, we offer you a comfortable gîte in the former caretaker's house.
This gîte is a studio for 2 people and includes a living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a sleeping area. It has been completely renovated and redecorated for the 2023 season.
You will be able to enjoy a private garden area, open onto the park and equipped with garden furniture and deckchairs. You will also have direct access to the estate's swimming pool (to be shared) and the pool-house barbecue...
From the gîte, ideally located, you can discover the many treasures of our department of the Lot, but also those of the nearby Dordogne and Corrèze.

The gîte is located on the first floor of the "Maison du Gardien", at the entrance of the property.
For your comfort, this 34 m2 gite/studio, ideal for a couple, includes :
- a living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa bed, flat screen TV,
- a night space with 1 bed in 140x190 cm,
- a shower room with shower and WC,
- a garden area open onto the park and the swimming pool (to be shared).

- Rental from Saturday to Saturday, arrival from 17:00, departure before 11:00.
- Deposit: 300 €.
- 25% deposit at the time of booking.
- Tourist tax not included.
Bathroom linen hire: 10 € per person/week.
Fixed price for heating in addition.
Animals not accepted.
Non smoking accommodation.
